Plastic,
on repeat.
Established in Oman in 2009, Replastiks collects, washes and recycles scrap plastic across the country — keeping it out of landfill and returning it to the manufacturing supply chain.
Three ways to work with Replastiks.
Whether you're clearing scrap or sourcing recycled material, we're a dependable partner at both ends of the loop.
Sell us your scrap
We buy baled and loose PET, PP, HDPE, LDPE and LLDPE — a reliable, recurring buyer of post-industrial and post-consumer plastic.
Buy recycled material
Washed PET flakes and clean HDPE, PP, LLDPE and LDPE granules, supplied to manufacturers and exported.
Long-term offtake
Set up recurring supply arrangements for steady volumes — consistent demand of 800–1,000 MT every month.
Six polymer grades, two clean outputs.
PET, PP and LLDPE are our core volumes; HDPE, LDPE and PC are handled on a smaller scale. Mix varies with incoming supply.

A complete, in-house recycling line.
Incoming scrap is sorted, size-reduced, cleaned and reprocessed into uniform flakes and granules — every step under one roof.
Segregate
Sort scrap by polymer type and colour.
Shred
Reduce material size with multiple shredders.
Crush
Crush rigid plastics down to a uniform flake.
Wash
The washing line removes dirt, labels and residue.
Granulate
Produce consistent, clean regrind.
Pelletize
Convert into market-ready recycled pellets.
Fifteen years of reliable recycling.
- Established since 2009 — over 15 years of dependable operation.
- Consistent 800–1,000 MT/month demand — a steady buyer of scrap.
- Two strategic facilities covering northern and southern Oman.
- Full in-house processing, from segregation to pellet.
- Every load diverted from landfill, back into the supply chain.

Operations in both Barka and Salalah (Raysut).
Six polymer grades recycled and exported to cut landfill waste.
Two facilities, north and south.
Strategically placed to collect scrap and serve partners across the whole of Oman.
Barka
Our northern processing facility, close to Muscat's industrial belt.
Salalah · Raysut
Our southern site at Raysut, serving the Dhofar region and its port.
